Our Story
By reimagining and reinvigorating the southern gateway to Ann Arbor and turning what is currently a series of open parking lots into a vibrant new mixed-use neighborhood, Arbor South sets out to give this part of the city a dramatic and distinctive new aesthetic identity.
Project Team
Led by Ann Arbor-based Oxford Companies, an established integrated real estate investment firm that now manages and leases more than 2.6 million square feet in the greater Ann Arbor area, the Arbor South development team unites Oxford’s intimate understanding of the unique Ann Arbor market with true experts in immersive, mixed-use real estate development in Dublin, Ohio-based Crawford Hoying, an authentic approach to architecture in Detroit-based Lord Aeck Sargent architecture and Ann Arbor-based Midwestern Consulting for expert civil engineering.
